I’m one of the land lords at “Friendly Towers”. It’s an intentional Christian community. They bought the building in 1990 when it was abandoned. We renovated the top 3 floors and now its low income housing for people 55 and older. You’d learn what a wonderful and diverse community it is. You’d also learn that not all homeless people want to be housed. It may be because of mental illness or they just don’t fit in or can’t adjust to the rules we have in place. Rules are made to be broken, but in order to break them you have to know why they’re in place.
