Lori

You’d learn the joy and isolation of motherhood. It’s a real rollercoaster. Highs are when everybody’s healthy, happy, and cooperative. But it can be lonely. I used to connect with people through work, but I’ve been a stay at home mom for five years now and I have another on the way. While I see so many people here at the park or around the community, and have over 400 Facebook friends, I don’t really connect with any of them. None of my close friends have children, so it’s really hard to make plans and so easy to cancel if something comes up.
