June

If you were in my shoes today you’d get up early to get a little bit of breakfast before going to LA Fitness. Once you were there, you’d get on the treadmill for a bit, then do water aerobics, and sit in the whirlpool. (Because I’m 87, I have to do these things in order to keep this body functioning. It’s a necessity if I’m gonna enjoy life w/o discomfort.) Then you’d go to post office, mail some letters, and get stamps. Then you’d go to Starbucks on the way home where you’d wait for the phone to ring because Best Buy is delivering a new washer and dryer. I’ve had the same washer and dryer for 30 years and I’m finally getting new ones. I had to help them by moving some masks and other things off of my walls so they wouldn’t get hit. They noticed the hot water was leaking so I called my son in law to check it out, he’s a plumber. He’s going to check on it, but I had to rush over here so I’m anxious to see if it’ll be fixed. [update: two trips to the hardware store later, it’s all fixed]
