Parenthood is hard. It doesn’t look as hard as it really is. I have 4 kids and I spend all day with them. The first was the hardest. She has some disabilites, so much of my time was spent taking her to appointments. I missed having quality time with her and the next two. She is about to go to high school and as I was picking pictures to use for the school slideshow I realized I spent all day with them while we were going to appointments and I was cooking and taking care of them, but was I wasn’t realy “with” them. But you learn new things with each kid. I’m not having any more so when the older kids are at school and I’m with the youngest, I’m not so stressed about all the things that need to get done around the house, we’re doing thing she likes.
